Have you ever seen a rader on the roof of a tank? It is there in floating roof type of storage tanks.

No I have never seen a reader on the roof. It is the first time that I am seeing it in the picture that you have attached.

What kind of a tank? A war one? And what is it supposed to monitor? I am quite baffled about this discussion. Can you enlighten us a bit more about it please?
