What's your favorite way to cook tri tip?

If you like tri tip (beef), what's your favorite way to have it? Do you like to have it sliced and have it as a french dip? Do you grill it? Cook it in the oven as a roast? Broil it... or? I like it all of the above ways but usually we broil it if we don't want to go outside and BBQ it, but I love the taste of BBQ tri tip. I think I'll cook one tomorrow...
