Did any weight loss programs help you ever ?

I did try quiet few methods. Low fats, low carbs, low sugars and what not. But none of them were too effective when used alone. I found out my own mixing all these 3. Worked well for me. What about you?

weight loss - Loosing weight is not just to have a beautiful physique but towards a healthy lifestyle as well.
Weight loss programs did help me but for a very short time only. Some weight loss programs are expensive and the best thing that you can do is to eat helthy. Avoid eating dairy products and those who are high in saturated fats and calories. Always see to it that you do some exercise routine everyday.

The best thing to do is eat healthy. Don't eat fatty foods, excercise regularly, I went to a dietitcian a few years ago she was recommended to me becuase she allowed me to eat chocolate...mmmmmmmm I digress, she totld me that eat well keep moving once a week treat yourself, with whatever you want to eat (obviously not going overboard here) So every Friday (my day off) I went to McDonalds had lunch then went to the movies and got a big bag of crisps and a big drink. And that was my treat every week. I was satisfied and I also has choccies every once in a while. So everything in moderation.....

whenever i feel like i am gaining weight, i go to the gym and exercise everyday. it's nice since i can eat everything i want to eat since i burn down the fats and cholesterol while working out. no need to starve myself or whatsoever. i find working out as the best remedy when one is trying to lose weight.

ive never really tried dieting because i dont find i put much weight on, but from people around me i have heard that a very good one is the diet where you have red and green days. this means that one day you can have proteins and not carbs and the next you have the other way round and so on, you just never eat meat and carbs on the same day.
