do you think nanny 911 is for real?

do any of you watch the sow nany 911? Do you really think that these nannies can change a childs behavior in just a week? when I try to do these things withh my child it just doesn't seem to work. They seem to use a point/ reward system all the time I've tried this also with no avail.so do you think this s just a setup?

well, i never really watched the show, but something similar to it. those people are trained to deal with children behaviour and yes it can work, but maybe just because those nannies are strangers and usually children respond and act diffrent with people they don't know. my sisters son is always out of controll, but in daycare he is an angel.
