Philippines though consists of different islands, languages and culture but still have similarities specially when it comes to traits and practices. PErsonally, what i love being a filipino is the close family ties we have. even in times of difficulties, our love for our families always stands out. thats why more and more fiipinos work abroad just to earn money in order to support their families left here in the country. i hope you can share your thoughts on this.:)

thanks for the response, i guess family ties and respect for elders is one thing we should be proud of as being individuals. not all people can do that specially respecting the elders.

That sounds great and I would do that to my family too if I need to. Family is the most important thing in life.

Indeed, our families are the best gift to us by God and what we need to do is simply appreciate them. Thanks for your response to my post.

Filipino traits that I like best are Hospitality. People here in our country are very hospitable to any people irregardless of who you are and what's your status in life. I also like the bond of families here, relatives and families are close knit and they are sharing a lot of stuff from money to food to intrigue. I also like how Filipino value their family, their parents and how they really cares for their grandparents eventhough they had a family of their own already.
