Hope has been raised most by fish oils, of all things. It's the omega-3 fatty acids in fish -- the same stuff people were popping in the mid-1980s to fend off heart disease -- that may offer relief. That is a useful information. I will keep that in mind in case that I will get an arthritis someday.
