you learn there language faster , how to do??

I am first time visiting Russia to a remote place for my job and have to be there a certain period of time , how long do not , My boss ask me to learn the local language fastly and in a short period of time. I had check that the place were I am deputed is not having a language school,I am now worried how to learn the language so soon. Can anyone out there help me to solve this problem
