Car insurance claim denied

A car insurance claim i made has recently been denied,my vehicle worth £13,000 was stolen,the fact that i stated i was a hgv driver was incorrect has cost me greatly,at the time the policy was taken out i was unemployed can anybody advise me

Don't tell porkies, it just gives the insurance company an excuse to void your claim. They don't want to pay out, they only really want your premium. Seek some free legal advice from Legal Aid, they may be able to help.
