How did Noah fit all those animals on the ark?

Scientifically speaking, modern technology does not have a boat big enough to hold 2 of every species on earth. Also, what did they eat for 40 days and 40 nights if they couldn't kill the cargo? What did the animals eat? Did the fish get a break out of this deal?

I have posted the pertinent Bible verses on the size of the Noah's ark (Genesis 6:15 - 300 cubits long, 50 cubits width, and 30 cubits high, a cubit equals 18 inches). There were three floors. It was God who commanded them to enter into the ark, not Noah as he could not just do that. The Bible did not say that those which were in the ark are full-grown and besides, there's nothing impossible with God and so the ark contained them all. In Genesis 6:21, God commanded Noah to take every sort of food for them and for the animals. God knows what He is doing, they would not die of hunger.

For Noah alone to do this is impossible. But it was God doing such things thru Noah. Scientifically, it could never be done. Assembling animals and catching birds alone can never be perfectly done by man as what happened in Noah. We should remember that there's nothing impossible with God.

Yes, there are many more species on earth than was tought by the days bible was written. Once you believe in the bible, the food is the question with the easier answer : god did provide food. The fish represents another big problem, as a flood like that would have changed the salt concentration in water and not all fish can survive these kind of changes. Also most of the florests would not have survived so much time underwater. And lastly, how animals like those who live in Australia, reached there?

Actually before the Flood, everyone was a vegetarian. The animals were probably immature juveniles, and it was easy to store grain, fruit, and vegetables for them to eat. The Bible refers to every thing that moves on the Earth and every creeping thing and the birds as well. That leaves the fish out who would have been in their element with all that water. Still the same, there would have been a great loss among them with the earth shifting, mudslides, etc. Besides there had to be food for the animals when they came out of the ark, and they turned carnivore.

God took care of it. With God, all things are possible. Humanly, it would be impossible. But we have to remember that God is all powerful and can do anything! We sometimes forget that! God bless.
