What could we de if ozone opened????????????

World is getting hot every minutes. Green house gases are increasing warmth of earth incredibly. Ozone layer is already opened in antartica. What would we do if it opened in continents. People remove from that place or wearing UV rays protecting coats or reducing gases or anything else.
