have you tried reading a book or listening to music to soothe or calm you? they do work for me, i always get sleepy :) if it won't work for you, try drinking warm milk :) i've read that avoiding caffeine and nicotine before getting into bed, they are stimulants and can keep you from falling asleep... a light snack before bedtime may also help you sleep :) hope this helps!

Thanks for the heads up! I haven't tried drinking warm milk...I'll check that out. Thankfully, I don't smoke :)

this is a very problamatic diseas , i dont have any idea but i wish no one will cause by that

I don't think it's that problematic. It's just probably caused by stress and all. But thanks for the comment!

i have the same problem. it takes me at least 2 hrs to fall asleep, my brain just doesnt stop. i saw a doctor a few years ago, and he told me to try taking Unisom..its an over the counter sleeping pill.
i dont want to give "medical" advice being that im not a doctor or nurse, but it might help...talk to your doctor or pharmacist, and make sure to read the packaging.
