You need to create MX (Mail Exchange) records via your DNS provider for this domain. Your ISP/DNS Registrar should be able to provide mail services fairly easily. With whom did you register this domain? I recommend that you NOT host your own email server, as this is a 'commodity' service that is inexpensive and easily supported by most ISP's.
