Leo Echagaray was executed by Lethal Injection(Death Penalty) in 1999. But after 7 yrs, he was proven innocent. He was accused he raped his 10-year-old step daughter. But now, it was discovered he's innocent all along. Do we really have the right to end a life we didn't give? I am so much anti- Death Penalty.I don't think it's justifiable even if he did kill someone. If we don't agree in him KILLING his victim, then why should we do it to him too. I just wanna hear your reactions about this Ironic story. This ain't fiction. It really happened in the Philippines.
