Does eating of too much cake causes pile or dysentry?

I know that eating too much cake is not good for our body system,i wish to be better enlightened on this.Does it causes pile when it is eaten too much?

No. eating too much cake will cause fatness, high cholesterol and tooth dacay. piles are caused when you put too much pressure on your rectal blood veins by forcing bowel movements usually because of constipation. And dysentery is a bacterial infection caused by eating or drinking something contaminated with fecal matter. that is why it is SO important to always boil any water you are going to ingest if you live in an area that floods or has poor water quality
