i really believe that steve nash can really be the mvp this season as long as he keeps on increasing his stats and they keep on winning. he still deserves to be one of the candidate this season. although its tough because he has been playing the same and everybody knows what he can do for the past two years so its hard to show them more. but definitely he will show us some more.

if nash gets injured and the suns give a lack-luster performance compared to the red hot winning streaks that they have right now, nash could be at the top. its a good thing that people are beginning recognize players that know how to play hoops the right way than play w/ all flare but no W's

I think it is pretty much possible. Considering how he plays now and leads the Phoenix Suns, he'll be MVP again if that continues. He is such an excellent player. =)

Yeah, I mean the guy does everything. He scores, he passes and he even rebounds when needed. How does a guy like this not start for the All-Stars?

it would be so hard to tell. steve nash is a big part of the phoenix suns. he has changed nba basketball since he returned to the phoenix suns. when he was out for several games in the midseason, the suns went nuts and could hardly win a game, even getting superb performances from amare stoudemire and shawn marion. he's an extraordinary player, a rare one that is. he's got an above average 3-pt shooting %, an above average FG% for a guard and of course he just doesnt make his teammates look better on the court, he makes them play better. dishing 12 or 13 assists a game is no joke. only a few could do that, but averaging near 20 points and 12 assists a game for the season is great. i think only steve nash could do it, and more importantly, phoenix is a high winning team, a blueprint of steve nash's effectiveness. but close friend dirk nowitzki and the dallas mavericks are having a season to remember, somehow he deserves the award too. maybe this is the first time that we'll be seeing two MVPs in the same season

Steve Nash deserved to win the MVP again but because of Dallas and their great regular season, Dirk Nowitzki got the MVP award.
