Where's the best resort to stay in Boracay?

My friends and I are planning a Boracay trip this summer. Where's the best place to stay? We'd like one that's close to the beach and the party places but that's not so expensive. Thanks!

A Christian friend last 2005 referred me to Faith Village which is only Php 190 per night. There may be increases this year but should still be the lowest lodging in Boracay. Look for Sis. Madelyn or call her at (0918)7397324.

I really was not able to lodge there but was referred by a friend to that place a day after I left Boracay when I told her I just came from there. It is known locally as Faith Village, near station 3, with CR in each room, clean, no smoking and drinking, one can choose fan or air-con rooms, but you can check the internet for Faith Retreat and Conference Center for more reviews.

I just found out their website, www.faithboracay.com, Php 336/day/head for aircon rooms, Php 224/day/head for fan rooms (minimum of 4)

Try looking for a place in station 2, the rooms / resorts there are more affordable than those in station 1. I know a freelance boracay agent that can help if you want I can pm you her number, just let me know ok. She gave us a beachfront room in station 2 that costs 1800 per night, it has aircon, hot water & ref.

Hi! Can you tell me what's the name of the resort? What areas or resorts are beside it? I'd also like to get your agent's number. Thanks!

there is one at station 2, at the back of red coconut.. it is called LION"S DEN, they have modernized nipahut! and it is the cheapest and very affordable price.... believe me, thats why even though im a bum, i afford to stay in boracay for 2 weeks... they only charged me 1,500 a day, so since i got 2 of my friends...we divided at total into 3 parts.. i just lost thier calling card but i will try to look fo rthem and go back to this post incase i found it! lets exchange contacts as im planning to get there as well this summer!

How much is your budget for room rent?. I was there last year with my friends. We rented rooms at Madids Inn. Its in station 2 near D'Mall. Its in an alley right beside Lapu Lapu Diving Center. Its not exactly beachfront but you just have to walk few steps ( don't worry, I really mean few). Room rent is around 1,100pesos per night. The room has 2 beds (queen and single), aircon, cable TV, ref, hot and cold water.

For me, the best is True Home at Station 1. Its only few steps from one of the popular bars in Boracay.

Almost everywhere. As long as you can afford for it.
