I always say to follow your dreams. Every country someone has bad things to say, and some will say as they have the fear of following there own dream or are just scared to try new areas. If you have a dream to come to the United States I say "follow it". But try to have a job lined up and a place to move to or friends to help you until you get settled. You can check on the web on many jobs that are here and you can also check all areas of big cities to see what area you would like to live in. If it doesn't work out you can always move back to your country. But you won't know until you do morre checking into your Dream and Follow it...

Canada would probably welcome you with open arms and we have quite a few Japanese communities throughout the country in most of the major cities. i think the highest percentage of Japanese peoplelive along thewest coastofBritish Columbia, since the climate is most like Japan's. Come visit and see. i think where ever in Canada you settle, as long as you are a law abiding citizen, you will fit in fine
