my passion was law...i studied political science but did not finished my first sem...the reason is that my aunt and mom two of the people financing my studies convinced me to study nursing...and so i did(but with protest)i finished nursing and got my license(as a working student)my intent was to help my family...i did helped them...but after 8 years of practice as a nurse...my passion for the study of law came back so i studied law on daytime while working as a nurse on night time...i finished my studies and im now waiting for the result of the Bar exams(WISH ME LUCK GUYS)...how about you...who choose for you?

I chose the first thing I went to college for, Information Technology. After that did not go how I planned, my mother encourged me to go back to school for education. I am now almost finished with my graduate degree and will be teaching the beginning of the next school year. Good Luck on your exams....

Good to you pal. Basically, my passion goes with law also, but I was discouraged by my parents so I pursue Engineering instead. I am now an Engineer by profession. I can't really say that my family chose my profession, they've been one of the factors of my chosen career right now. I don't have regrets though, because I am now appreciating my career even though I am a girl.

My passion was for acting so i did a degree in acting/theatre but it was much more contemporary than I wanted and I had to financy my way through, so by the end of it I was disheartened with theatre and was in debt so I needed to get a job. Im now studying operating department practice (similar to theatre nursing) which im really enjoying and hopefully I will graduate from that in 2008. Then, my plan is to pay off my debts and then I may be able to combine agency acting with agency odp or marry a nice doctor who will pay for the bills whilst I pursue acting. My other ideas at the moment are to train as a non-medical anaesthetist, im still young and thinking things over!
