Can you adopt a child at all?

i have no problems with adopting children. so i guess if there's a need for me to, then i could adopt a child. if ever i would not be granted to have any children, i will consider the idea of adopting. i think what matters is that you are able to care for the child and treat them like your own chldren. what's important is that you are able to raise the child with love and guidance.
