How do you release your anger? Share your ways of motivating your anger.

I release my anger through my journal. You see, i keep this journal where important events (when I'm happy, sad, angry, upset, excited afraid) are all there. This is where I release my anger as well as my frustrations in life. When I'm done writing up everything that pisses me, i then think of ways on how to be happy and feel better again, then I try to relax. After I chill down, I'm back to my own self again.

I also have a journal and just like you I release all my emotions through writing everything in it :)

In times that i feel anger, what i am going to do is to be silent and not to talk to anybody. I'm doing this kind of behavior just to avoid hurting others feelings. For i know that if i might talk to them, i might then insult them as a result of my anger. Its just okey as far as i have observe its because when i feel such an anger, it will usually vanished in a short span of time only.
