Most days, I don't eat breakfast as I just don't feel like eating when I get up in the morning. I often skip dinner to, so I lose weight, but this often backfires on me as I get hungry later in the evening which is an even worse time to eat.
i don't skip my meals unless and until there r some reasons.
i feel hungry after 4 to 6 hrs of taking the meal and i can't sustain this hunger for long. so i prefer to go out and eat if the food is unavailable at home .
