Virgin Olive Oil but what is Extra virgin olive oil?

Before I bought Virgin Olive Oil now I see Extra virgin olive oil can anyone define what is extra virgin?

Extra virgin meaning olive oil did not touched by any human when produced all are handled by machinery as man is break the virginity...lol

Don't know if you ever got the answer to this or not... extra virgin is made from the first pressing of the olives. It also does not have any refined oil in it. It has a better flavor than virgin or lower grades of oil, so it's best for salads, dipping bread in, etc. Lower grades like virgin are better used for cooking.

Well, I am guessing that it has something extra added to it or something like that. I am not really sure about that.
