We like to vary our breakfasts, so sometimes we will have cereal, toast, or scrambled eggs with cheese. Lately we've been making english muffins with sausage and melted cheese on them. They're pretty good! :) With our breakfast we will usually have either apple or orange juice. I would say it's between a light and heavy breakfast.
I would never eat something overly sweet, like a doughnut, for breakfast because sweet things give me a stomach ache in the morning. I can't eat sweet things on an empty stomach!

i always have an early heavy breakfast. i usually have rice, eggs and hotdogs with a cup of hot chocolate drink. sometimes, i have cheese sandwich instead of rice.
i don't think there's something i won't eat for breakfast. i am not that choosy.

Usually just a bowl of cereal and a glass of orange juice. Sometimes I have waffles instead. I love eggs and bacon, but I usually save them for lunch, because I don't have the energy to cook that much in the morning!

Usually I eat toast and have a glass of milk. Then a glass of soy milk before I head out the door. I do like some cereals. French toast or pancakes are good, sausage, bacon, hash browns, however that is for when I travel. Light for everyday fare, heavier in travel, when lunch is not a main goal toward destination. A great dinner is more like it then.
Would not each things like roast, or salisbury steak, or succotash or even soup for breakfast. Just doesn't seem right!!
