What can I do about black spot on my roses?

Water from below, and only in the morning so plants have time to dry during the day. Try not to get the foliage wet when watering.
Mix a solution of 2 tsp baking soda and 1 qt of warm water. Spray on plant early in the morning.
Or use organic fungicide early in the morning.

sounds like aphas you will have to go to a garden center and get something to spary them with if you dont it will kill them .look at the leaves and see if you can see them they are very very small and some are white and some are red .here we put lady bugs on roses to eat the aphas. good luck
