My favorite herb is sage. What a lovely aroma. I often go into the garden and let my fingers rub gently on the leaves to release the scent on my fingers. MMMMMMMMMM. I can't wait until spring.
I love sage in pork and chicken dishes.

I use mine for smoking if you catch my drift. When I cook I use an all in 1. But I get alot more use with the smoking.
