Have you ever cried yourself to sleep?

Yeah. I was dating this guy for about an year, we were going good and i thought i was in love.Then suddenly one day outta nowhere he broke with me and said he was in love with this other girl and left me all brokenhearted. I remember crying myself to sleep for days since then. And then like always, i moved on and now i'm in a happy relationship with a niceguy and happy :) I guess you've to make it through the rain to see the rainbow

i cried my selve to sleep severally and mostly when something is eating me up or when am emotionally hurt.

well, yeah, my mom and i had arguments and i feel so angry i will just cry to sleep.

yeah.... i cried ny self to slip when i broke up with my ex... ifound out that he is cheating on me. I asked him if he is alreadfy happy with the other girl and he told me that he is very much happy with her....im not selfish if that will make him happy i have no rights to give it to him so i finally set him free after that moment i started crying and laid at my bed and the next thing that i ever notice is a iwake up the next day
