For girls definetly! And the small type cute colored ones those are the only ones I like. for guys a eyebrow ring is more suitable.

In India, it is generally worn by women and girls. Not the boy or man. But if it is introduced for boy/man, it may become a latest fashion.

i think they look rubbish on both, but just my opinion, get your tongue done its more practical.
