Random acts of Kindness

Here you have it - to those who suffer helplessness or depression. Recent study suggests that random acts of kindness will increase your serotonin. Serotonin plays an important role in regulating our mood and feeling. Best of all, there is no side effects!! ;)

wow..nice discovery.. i really am depressed and tensed up at times.. frequently.. i'd say.. random acts of kindness.. makes sense.. gives you a really good feeling from within after you've helped someone.. or been good to someone.. or resolved a conflict somewhere.. etc..

This makes perfect sense. Doing good for others should make us feel better about ourselves :) I love this! lol
