I have a weighing scale at home and keep checking it once a week. This helps us a lot to maintain the weight.

not really. if i feel like i look like i lost weight then i'll eat more, but if i look like i'm getting too heavy, then i'll leat less. i'd go crazy trying to count calories or keeping a tight eye on my weight.

If I find my clothes are getting a little too tight for me, I will weigh myself and hope that the clothes are shrinking and that it's not me just putting on weight. If I see the scales going up past the weight which I should be, then I will diet for a few days to get back to my original weight, and maybe a little less so that I can eat again. This is a regular process with me, and it is the only way that I can control my weight.

No, I never have. I am 42 years old and I have had two children, and I still look pretty good. I am heavier than I was 10 years ago, but not more than 15-20 pounds. I went from a size 7 to a size 9. I blame that on my matabolism slowing down. It happens as you get older. I still eat what I want, when I want, and I could care less what anyone else thinks. If they do not like the way I look, they have the freedom of looking somewhere else. My husband of 25 years thinks I am beautiful and that is all that is important to me.
