I am doing really good on Associated Content. I've earned about $100 there. Any tips to earn more? How much do you earn?

What is this Associated Content? I have never heard of it. I would like to make more money somewhere besides Mylot. Don't get me wrong I love Mylot but I am just looking for other things like this. I am a member of affiliate programs where I have made a few dollars but I am not good at referring so I would like to try something that I could actually get paid for. Please give me the url for this site so I can check it out. Thanks.

You can find a link for it in my profile. They just pay you to write articles over various things. The other day I wrote an article in 15 minutes and they paid me $13. Not bad!

That sounds interesting. I write short stories and poems every once in awhile so I might do pretty good there. Thanks again. :)

I've made $319 from there. I'm really close to hitting $100 for this month. Earn more..by writing more. And by writing good quality articles. Write what people are searching for. That's the key.

Wow, that's great. Do you mind if I ask what the subject was of the article that got you $13? I've written some articles for them but have never gotten more than $7, and lately they've been offering me $3 or $4.

Thanks, I found your AC page and will look at your articles. BTW, have you tried constant-content.com? I've signed up but haven't submitted any articles. You can make a lot more money there than AC, but it's a different model. You post articles there and clients buy the ones they want. It may take a while for articles to sell, but you can make much more. You set the price to charge (they give you guidelines), and you can make more for a longer article. You can also decide whether to sell it to one client or not, etc. It's a bit confusing, but potentially more lucrative.

Hey thanks, I'll check that site out. That doesn't sound too bad as long as someone is buying. Do you know if they have to be exclusive articles? lol..I'm guessing they do.

The article that I earned that amount on was tips on creating a forum. Good luck!

Nope, they pay you to write articles. You can pretty much write about anything you want. Good pay. The link is in my profile. :)

Oh my gosh. I would be really interested to hear about some of the topics that you've posted about there, blogyourself. I know that I can write reasonably well, although I am certainly not a great writer, but my problem is that I cannot figure out what in the world I could write about to make myself useful on that site. that's why I've never joined. I keep thinking about it, since I love writing on Mylot, but I just can't figure out what in th eworld I could write about that they would want to use! *laugh*

I do very well on Associated Content also. Next to my actual job, that site makes up most of my current income. I made $87 on 13 pieces that I wrote. From what I have noticed with what I have written in the Travel section, if the the location is less popular, less people have written about it and they will usually pay you $10 for it. The more unique what you have written is, the more money you make off of it.

I signed up and haven't submitted a thing. I'm just spreading myself too thin, since I'm trying to start a business of my own. I would like to see what you have up there. How many articles did you submit and have posted?

Sign up! You can make a lot more money there and still do mylot. I find that mylot inspires a lot of my articles. I read discussions here, post, and the discussions lead to ideas.

Wow...thanks for the heads up. I have never heard of this site before. I'm gonna sign up and post a couple of things. I used to write all the time but kinda quit when the kids came along. Mylot has rekindled my interest.

Good luck! A good way to start is if you have things that you have already written saved on your computer, post those to see what you think.

Thanks for sharing this website with us, blogyourself, I'll need to go and have a look at it. One questions though: how long does it takes for them to update your earnings after a review is placed? Also, any other tips you'd have for a rookie?

Well, usually it takes 5 days for them to approve your work and then 3 days to get the money in paypal. BUT they had bad weather in Denver a while back and that put them behind. Plus, everyone was off for the holidays so more people were writing articles. Right now it seems to take 9-11 days for approval, but they are slowly catching up. My tips is to write what you are interested in. You will write a lot more that way.

I visited the site. I think only US residents are qualified in this website. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Associated Content is an authoritative site and very good for writers. I signed up but then I found that they only pay US residents for contributions.
