Career to choose out of the two?

Hi all I'm a Pharam graduate and I'm in final sem of my MBA (Pharmaceuticals). I got the job offer from two big and booming sectors: a) Health care Insurance as a medical underwriter, and b) Contract Research Organization as Clinical Research Associate Can any one guide me which one should I choose out of the two?
