I have a friend that I went to school with many moons ago. It seems like a hundred years ago and he was so small, smallest kid in school for his age. But after school he grew wide very wide. I had not seen my good friend in many years and when I did I had a hard time to put my arms around him to hug him. He was huge. It is strange that he is so large for a short man and yet after I lost 60 pounds in a year I had the heart attack. I worry about my friend he is 54 just like me and not getting any smaller.

I'm sorry to hear about your heart attack :(. My father's side of the family has a history of heart disease, yet none of them are more than 20 lbs overweight. My mother's side of the family are almost all overweight, yet not one of them has every had a heart attack. It's strange how these things work. You can be very overweight, yet still have low cholesterol and a healthy heart.
