In your own opinion, what can stop the violence in Iraq ?

It has been three years since the Bush administration send its troops together with other coalition forces. Since then, a new government was installed through an election and hundreds of insurgents and crime offenders were arrested. But with those achievements ( as described by the Bush administration), comes the never-ending violence. Suicide bombings continue to maim and take lives. Daily news will never be complete unless you hear such "normal" occurence. This scenario elicited various reactions globally. majority thinks that continued American military presence in the region is the main blocking factor for that elusive peace and order to take place. Others refuted that it can be attributed to a weak Iraq leadership. What about you? Do you have any idea how to end Iraq's violence?
