Hi all,i have a personal account on paypal,and i want to change it in premium,but i'm still unsure,what are the fees for premium account?

You can change the account from personal to premier
They ask for your credit card for verification of your a/c
They collect $1.95 from your credit card.
You have to provide them with 4 digit code number that appears from your credit card statement (against paypal withdrawal). The $1.95 is reimbursed to your account, once a transaction in made in paypal.
That means absolutely no fees for premier account.
