Well, first of all, it wouldn't be called an ocean if it were waterless. And second of all, we need that water in those oceans. So, to answer your question... NO! I would NOT want to see "no water at all in the oceans".

Well, I did try to use my imagination and imagined the earth with no water. It'd be ugly and all the sea life would die. So, that's why I don't want to see "no water in the oceans".
