I met the boy some days ago.He is running after me now,I like him but there is a big problem between us.My leader likes him very much and they are frineds.She doesn't know the boy is running after me now and she always tell me sth about the boy.I can't tell the truth b/c she is my leader,if I want to work in this company any more,I must...

why does your manager get to decide who you can be friends with? I think this is immoral of her. just see the boy, and don't tell her. after all, its not her business who you go out with unless it is her husband or child. You probably aren't going to do more than go out on a few dates any way, and nobody is going to say anything about 2 young people going to a movie or dinner together. if things get serious, then tell your leader about it if there are rules against any dating . Perhaps this will teach your leder to keep her mouth closed.

Thank you for ur reply.But the problem is I am new to the company ,a lot of things I don't know,I must learn a lot from my manager,if she knows the fact ,I am afraid that she will blame me with my job.
