How good is my exercise routine?

I'm 19 and here is my routine. *important* read bottom. 6 am shoulder shrugs upwright rows squats bench presses 5pm cardio on cross trainer machine bicep curls cruches 8pm bench presses bicep curls forearm cruches I'm using weights to my safe potential so don't get the impression i'm training severly and straning myself with 3 workouts. ALSO I TAKE REST DAYS.
