Drugs..legalize or not?

I would like to know how many of you think that drugs should be legalized in the same category as alcohol. Is pot less dangerous than alcohol? I believe it is. I would much rather pass someone driving on the road who has smoked than someone who has had a few too many drinks. As far as the heavier drugs are concerned, they already hand out methadone at the clinics so they could hand out everything else too. One side is that they crime rate would drop b/c people could just go buy them. On the other hand, it could create new users who would have never considered using b/c of the fear of jail.

Sin is somehow temptuos. Legalise it and you will see that the rate of consumption may reduce. and even those that deal in it would lose interest in selling it. Because it is a black marke, dealers always make a hell of profit by pushing it. If it is legal, they don't want to do it again.

legalize pot,make it @ least 18 to buy it,w/o a dr.'s prescription for medical reasons.

I dont think this is a good topic to discuss about first of all..
my view is that it should never be legalised
..................................
if it is done it will kill the environment very badly
...............
