what is the cheapest site to download music from? cheaper than 99 cents, and not free. Also, songs than can be put on an APPLE IPOD

i don't know, but the bearshare or the limewire are for free...try if it is possible...

limewire and you can get monthly sites that have unlimited downloads with monthly fees I like some shareware sites too
