here in indonesia there's so many people eats instant noodles almost every day. Does anyone knows about the side effects ? have you ever tried instant noodles ? it's very common here in indonesia, and also very cheap, it cost you around 10 cents for 1 pack of indonesian instant noodles.

I used to eat instant noodles all the time when i was in university because of how cheap they were. I dont think theres anything in them thats bad for you but i dont know that they have much in them thats good for you either. I dont think there probably something you should have all the time as there pretty much devoid of nutrition i would think

Yes its right. There is not much nutrition in them, while your body needs it, especially when you were studying and all that.

Korean Noodle, Shin ramyun, thats what i like, I also like the indonesian instant noodle, "mie goreng pedas" with eggs, so nice. But it is not good for our health if we actually eat it too much. Its not good for our stomach if we eat it everyday. I suggest not eating it too much though many young people does not want to cook and feel its expensive to eat outside and they end up eating instant noodles. I guess that is a big problem

i like 'mie sedap' and 'indomie' =) ... yes, that's a serious problem, concerning that there's no warning on it's label not to eat it everyday, three times a day. Then what would you do ? ask the manufacturer to put that warning statements on their package ? such as "it's not good for your health if you eat more than 2 pack a day" or something like that ? =)

I know there is no warning. I know the director of indofood you know. But, I cant just say that to him, he is very sensitive. well most of us know about the danger of indomie. Its not that you are not allowed to eat it. Its that you should not eat that too much as its not good for your health .

I love noodles! Especially The korean ones! I always buy Shing Nom Ramen Noodles if I go to a mart. It taste spicy and very yummy. I also love Indonesian noodles "Indomie ayam special". My mom and dad loves noodles to, my mom loves to eat Malaysian noodles 'Mami' and my dad loves korean noodles just like I do. Many people said that noodles can make us fat, but I don't care about it, as long as I can taste the tasty noodle, yummy!

Woooooowww I love instant noodle yuuummmmyyy heheheh and it cost 35cents Australian dollar here.. :) Comes with lots of variety :P However, I know that it is not really healthy for me. So, I guess it is okay to eat once in a while, after all it is a yummy food ehheh but however, I dont think it is good if you eat too much of it (daily or something like that) or if you try to substitute the noodle as your main meal for the day. Main meal should always be a main meal, and the instant noodle should be exactly what it was meant to do... some kind of snack. What's more dangerous is the instant noodle that came in the cup, and you usually only pour hot water on it and eat it. I have heard people saying that the colouring and chemical used on the noodle will stick to the soup.. and thats whats really bad for you. So I guess it might be better if you cook the noodle properly, and change the water so that you dont get that much chemicals on your food? Side effects? It doesnt provide the vitamin that your body needs, so if you consume it daily, it is not good for your body and also your ulcer.
