Norway, my aiming country which I would to visit. Prior to my commitment on travelling, I would like to have some informations in respect of the country social life, the lifestyle of the people, places of interest, cultures, amusements, and enjoyable good food and drinks etc... can anyone give me hints on this topic?

ok a few things you should know. 1.almost evrybody speaks english 2.lonelyplanet web site will provide you with lots of info just check the thorn treenorway 3.people are very polite and straightforward 4.they drink LOTS of coffe. 5.its a very clean - unpolluted country 6.unsignificant crime rate 7.fairly easy orientation 8.you can fly there from london with around 30 euros (there is a cheap airline) 9.did i mention they are poilite ? 10.they enjoy chocolate,especially cakes 11.if in oslo,visit vigeland,its a very nice park 12.Lots of thing are cheaper than you should think 13.norwegians are generally easy going and relaxed 14.there's no smoking in bars/caffes/public places and most norwegians dont smoke in their house either (they go at their yard) 15.they have some interesting dishes concerning lamp. 16.lots of parks 17.this for now.hope it helps
