Although Dravid is doing a great job, you canniot yet call him a great captain. He is yet to be tested in a high pressure, important competition. So, really you can only select Ponting. He has been incredibly successful and is proven in important situations. happy mylot day.

Kapil Dev is the best captain for india, Next to him Azarudin since he handled gently so much of matches under pressure. At present Dravid will be the best

hai kavita in austrialia all the 11 players are allrounder so captian should not do any thing or take any high pressure decision but in india we are some what less power than austrialia doing captainci like india is difficult one any way thanks for ur reply

I do not think so. It is Ricky Ponting who is the best captain with greater success than any other team in the world, though he and his team mates are arrogants.
