Many people eat chocolates. Some are really addicted to it. Some of my adult friends say eating chocolate helps them driving away tension. Some say it is just a timepass. What do you feel? Why do you eat chocolates? How many chocolates do you eat in a day?

Yes. If you are not overweight, diabetic, I think eating chocolates should be healthy.

Boonaa, What is your opinion on what Lackingstyle is telling?

Even if you are overweight, it makes little difference, in moderation there would be just as many health benefits as there would be for a non-overweight person. Key would being moderation! ;)

Love chocolate. Dark chocolate is better for your health than milk chocolate. I eat chocolate to make me feel better. There is a chemical in the chocolate that stimulates the brain. I also eat chocolates for PMS. I know its not a good excuse, but hey why not use it as an excuse if I can get away with it. Happy Eatting!!!

Chocolate does have health benefits..dark chocolate (semi-sweet) has more anti-oxidents than regular or milk chocolates. It's also an natural aphrodesiac. I do eat chocolate everyday..love it..but you have to be able to not overindulge...you can get too much of a good thing!

I like chocolates. My favorite is Dove dark chocolate. I only eat them when it's that time of the month. Even then I only allow my self one or two a day. I don't want to blow up like a baloon.

Chocolates are good for you or at least the researchers say that it helps lower blood pressure. Just goes to show that I do not eat enough of the stuff but then again I think they mean dark chocolate whereas I prefer milk chocolate. Just love chocolate. :)
