Mylot needs a Moderator...A Visible One!!!

I have come to know this community for over a week now, i know im not fairly old as a member, but based on what i have observed, there's a lot of users asking for questions regarding their account e.g lost points, decreased star rating, low earnings, deleted post, no star rating(eventhough the user has surpassed 100 points) and other questions that only mylot admin or moderator could answer. Come on guys you wouldn't like other users to answer those questions do you? i supposed you wouldn't like us to assume anything. It only adds to the confusion and its not helping this community. I think its high time that you put a Visible Moderator to participate in the discussions, or if thats not possible, just to answer questions and inquiry by your users. I know that there is an admin under the name of mylot posting updates, with all due respect, we need more than that!. We need someone visible enough to let spammers and cheaters know that there is someone watching and to answer the inquiries and questions of users. Come out of your hiding place! let everyone know that you really care to the members of this community. Come to think of it, we users are the lifeblood of this community, without us this site woudn't even exist. So please, let us know that your are in control, don't just delete someone's post or decreasing someone's star rating or lowering somebody's earnings without ever explaining to us why you did such thing.
