Would either of you follow it if it was to be introduced?
I personally like watching it every now and again but I'm not a big fan of the sport.

yeah thts true cricket is not much played in us but they do play baseball which is like cricket and long n boring!!

That's hard, cricket, rugby, and football for the most popular sports are the main contenders in England. I'd say Ice Hockey but I always hear on the news how the local teams are doing.
I think basketball has fallen rapidly in people's views, I rarely hear about that these days, a few years ago you'd often see the results/talk about it in the newspapers (well the local ones at least!)

In India many sports are played and almost every single sport except for some. But lot of these sports are unpopular. List of some unpopular sports in India are Ice hockey, luging, rugby, baseball, Aussie Rules, Lawn Balls, Croquet and many other sports. Sports which are non existent in India are air racing, powerboat racing, extreme sports, winter extreme sports, bobsledding, skeleton, curling, and many other sports.
Besides as I said before ice is present in India in more then enough places. There is more snowfall and ice in India then in Iceland or Switzerland. There snow and ice in whole Kashmir except for Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Sikkim, North Bengal and Northern parts of Arunachal Pradesh.
This area is bigger then some of the ice hockey playing nations like Czech Republic. But not enough funds and exposure. Kashmir is again a flatland, not in the mountains, It's between the mountains in a valley and there's snow. Just like Toronto or Ontario. Good for cross country skiing and that's why some tournaments are held there. National ice hockey tournaments are also held.

Ice Hockey is not played in India,because there is no ice except in Kashmir during winter.

There is ice in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal and some parts of Sikkim and yes ice hockey is played in India but it is not popular.

Kay here. I believe Lacrosse is one not popular here in the USA, because it's played more in England.

Uhmmm, sport that is not really popular. I think I will say Lacrosse, I watched some Lacrosse game on TV but seems like it's not really famous and nobody is talking about it.

i am really not interested in sports.... but when i watch olympics .... i dont think we have that gymnastics stuff, that ring stuff etc etc......... mmmmm ...... gotta learn a lil more on sports, maybe i could loose a few KGS!

Crickett is not popular in the USA. I don't even have a clue what the rules are. I've never even seen a game on tv before.
