i always include baby oil in my bath water , if i am having a shower i mix a little oil with my shower gel. also dont use perfumed shower creams, they are very harsh . use something likew dove or johnsons . they will do the same job but wont make your skin itchy or irritated.

Why don't you use the Dove lotion? Its worked on my dry skin to keep it supple in winter. Best used immediately after a shower.

if you get an itchy feeling after using a certain brand of lotion, stop using it. it might irritate your skin more. try using lotions with moisturizers to avoid dry skin. use lotions with sunblock during hot weather.

you can use baby oil instead of lotion or petroleum jelly. try not to put too much soap on your skin when bathing so you don't aggrevate the dry skin caused by the weather.
