Dumb Law of the Day...thank goodness for this one!

In the state of Souh Carolina, A permit must be obtained to fire a missle....thank goodness! can you imagine what would happen if just ANYBODY was allowed to fire a missile?

Well now ya just ought ta watch out fer them fellas in So. Ca .Reckon them there fells was a gonna shoot a redneck .... Hey to some it may be a stupid law but to others you just never know. Like someone is going to go and say i need a permit for this missile I am shooting at "where ever" duh. Next it will be for bombs right. I can hear them now ."I need a permit to set off this bomb in the Mayor's office" lol

lol...well at least they have to have a permit...and it generates revenue for the city!...lol...thanks
