I don't, alot of joy can be achieved by using a film based SLR. I very much enjoy the processing and developing. Although I think it will be overtaken (if it hasn't been already) by digital cameras'.

Yes with the advent of digital cameras, the traditional cameras may take a back seat. The film roll and printing and developing machineries will have less demand.

In some areas they will but I believe that there are a lot of amateur photographers who will continue to use the film cameras, simply because they like to develop their own photos. Similarly, some professional photographers will not use digital cameras because they think they get better photos using the 'traditional' camera.

YES!! I have 4 professional style photography cameras for sale at severaly reduced price, and no matter where I post them online, they wont sell... so I tryed taking them to several pawn shops and the guys wouldn't even take a look at the box the camera nor attachments, all they had to say was "If it's not digital, I don't evn wanna see it, Theres no market for that"

I dont know as though I feel digital cameras will replace traditional cameras completely, every one has their own preference and as long as their are those out there that are not interested in all the new digital stuff they will continue to buy cameras and film rolls, so there would still be a market for them maybe just not as large as it used to be.
