What do YOU think of the Anime The Twelve Kingdoms?

The Twelve Kingdoms is the story of Youko Nakajima, an average studen who encounters a strange, yet beautiful person unknown to her, then is swept away into another world! Two of her friends are also swept away, accidentally. Youko has found herself in the fantastic world of The Twelve Kingdoms, and she must find her way to the Kingdom of Kei. However, not being from this world, she finds many hurdles to cross, and villains to pass and avoid, on her journey to becoming QUEEN of Kei (her destiny)! Her journey, and the journey of her friends, is riddled with disaster, treachery, tragedy, special friendships... I think this anime is AMAZING! I'm upset that more people don't know about it, so I'm posting about it here. The art and the world involved, it's all wonderful and deep. Truly a classic. You should see it.
