What is your opinion of spontaneous human combustion? Do you believe people can just burst into flames for no apparent reason?

Out of most the paranormal happenings that occur, I find it hard to really put much belief into spontaneous human combustion. Considering the human body is mainly made up of water. Now I could see it happening more if somehow a stray electrical spark within the human body lit some methane gas that our body produces, but than again I think that would just explode the body not set it on fire slowly, like some of the cases that I have heard about on television.
Don't get me wrong I am not totally discrediting the possibility of it happening, because as it is now there is already a lot of stuff that goes on around us that has yet to be explained.

It is a rather strange occurance. I'm not sure how I feel about it to tell the truth.

No, I don't believe in it. There is nothing in humans that can alone cause this type of reaction. there has to be some outside factor or force involved for someone to burst into flames.
